⛈ Cloud Services for Test Automation 📠
Join me on my 5th Episode in this podcast series specially designed for “Test Automation and QA folks”
In this episode we will discuss about What is Cloud and how testers can leverage clouds services in their Automation Framework or test cycles.
We will go over different Cloud Models, Type of Clouds and I’ll share my own personal experience working with companies who operate 100% on cloud and how testing can be impacted/benefitted from such services.

You would have heard about Compute (EC2) and Storage(S3) services but there are some more useful services which testers can leverage for their benefits during test cycles.

Come join me in this exclusive audio series – Episode 5 where we don’t discuss typical theory but practical concepts out of 13 years of professional experience working with product as well as service companies.

Special Note: If you are someone who would like to participate as “Speaker” in this episode and share your experience, You are welcome, don’t be shy and ping me now 😃

Automation Maturity Model – What it is and how to calculate Maturity Level

Come join me @Episode 4 of our brand new LinkedIn Audio Series for Test Automation Engineers !!
No Test Framework is designed perfectly at beginning.
No script is coded perfectly and there is no “one size fit all” type of Test Infrastructure available.
Do you code and run script locally ?
You have remote executions but not on cloud ?
You run scripts daily/weekly but do not analyze execution trends and fine tune your framework/scripts based on it ?
You have cloud execution but not using containers ?
You have containers but not using container orchestration tools ?
It’s completely okay if any of above answer is “yes”
No framework matures overnight and it takes consistent dedicated effort to mature your test framework and overall inventory of tests over time and precise planning and RoadMap.

What type of test have you automated ?
Are you using pro-active or reactive way of Automation Strategies in your Project ?
Do you have feature toggles attached with your Automation ?
and lot more of such topics which will help you understand what’s your test automation maturity level is and how to craft RoadMap for next level.

In a typical Automation Maturity Model we will learn about various factors which can impact your test automation maturity and how you can evaluate your position at the moment and how to calculate tech debt and create Automation RoadMap keeping short term and long term project goals in mind.

In this episode we will talk about “What is Test Automation Maturity Means and What model can be used to calculate your’s?”

Bring your friends, team, colleagues in this Audio event where we will grab a coffee/tea and hear some really important things which are changing the Automation Testing landscape.
I assure you that this 30min you will get so many valuable insights from someone who has worked more than 13 years in this industry for various type of organization ranging from small scale service companies to big product companies and what i have leaned in this journey so far.
You may not find such valuable content on YouTube, Udemy or any other platform where lot of immature presenters/tutors create same repetitive theory oriented videos, I will make sure to deliver real value about test automation maturity model in this 30min, Come join me in this audio series !!

RPA (robotic process automation) Vs Test Automation

Test automation tools cannot be used for Robotic Process Automation – Confused ??
Both RPA and Test Automation may sound like same thing to some of you but they are different & key factors why we use one vs other.

RPA- Robotic process automation (RPA) is a form of business process automation technology whereas Test Automation is using some tools and technology (software) to make sure actual result are same expected when used over another software under test – sounds confusing ??
Let’s explore about RPA and it’s usage , where to leverage it ?
Whats tools are available in the market for RPA vs Test Automation ?
Can we use same tool for both ?
Do we need RPA in some end to end Automation use cases ?
Will any of this will be replaced with Artificial Intelligence in near future ?

Bring your friends, team, colleagues in this Audio event where we will grab a coffee/tea and hear some really important things which are changing the Automation Testing landscape.
We will also discuss some tools involved in RPA & Test Automation and how can we leverage them for “Zero touch Automation”

Basics of Infrastructure as a Code (IaC) for Automation Engineers

What is Infrastructure as code means to Test Engineers ?

Come join me @Episode 2 of our brand new LinkedIn Audio Series.
In this episode we will talk about “What is Infrastructure as code means to Test Engineers ?”
Is that really needed ?
Landscape before Automation in IaC industry.
Changing Landscape After Automation in IaC industry.
Different tools and technologies involved for SDET, Automation Engineers.
How we can support Devops/Operation teams to automate some of their critical Infrastructure needs on the cloud, how to test them and much more.
Don’t worry if you are hearing this term “IaC” for the first time, I have myself learned this concept very late in my career but now i am very excited to share it in simple words.
